103_Rammed hemp house
KONZEPT & IDEE
A house made from hemp straw and rammed clay. The organic insulation material is grown in Germany and does not have to be transported long distances. The shape of the building was adapted to the materials and the existing garage was integrated into the ensemble. Towards the street the building is closed and solid, towards the garden it opens up and forms a symbiosis with the garden landscape. The garden façade consists of a walk-in mezzanine and large expanses of glass.
