CONCEPT & IDEA

In the Berlin district of Wedding, a prefabricated wooden student residence is being built over a base of communal and commercial space. The building is grouped around a spacious courtyard. The arcade access and communal balcony areas invite residents to gather and communicate. A high degree of prefabrication allows for a cost-effective and time-saving construction method. The solid wood modules are designed to be space saving and comfortable inside.
