The proposal is conceived through the study of two seperate elements. The first is the interior spatiality studied mainly through the section, and the second being the envelope of the house that gives unity to the project through the use of wood as its main material.
The interior of the house is articulated by a completely open space designed in the shape of an "L" whose vertex escapes to the exterior space generating a close bond with the outside garden. At the same time the ground floor extends vertically through a double height space to the roof floor. Here we find a new meeting area completely open next to an extensive terrace overlooking the lush vegetation to the west.
The second study is the the envelope of the building, where wood is the undisputed protagonist. This envelope manages to blur the shape of the building in a sustainable way through the use of interstitial spaces. It has the intention of serving as a filter for access, views, and as sun protection.
