An existing clinker brick building from the 1930s is being converted into a studio and residential building. For this purpose, the existing building is generously gutted and new double-height room situations are created. An extension in wood panel construction creates new living space and breathtaking room volumes. The garage is gutted and converted into a studio with studio function. Overall, a minimum of material was wasted during the entire construction project. All clinker bricks are reused and the large annex is cleverly integrated so that everything looks like one unit.
